As advertised: professional staff and very sanitary. I was completely satisfied with my service. I would highly recommend to my friends and family. The products I purchased for after-care were exceptional.

It was my first time in, the esthetician could not get me out of her chair faster. :( I was trying to explain what I wanted done, and she said hmm, and slabbed wax on my EYELIDS and eyebrows ( ouch ) I said again I’d like them “this way please” and I was ignored with silence and her rushing to get me out of her chair! I now have no eyebrows and NO shape... I called to let them know, and they said, “ sorry, have a nice day” I won’t be back. The appointment time took 4 minutes total. Not impressed!
