I love having the Jump service and getting a new phone every year! The employees here are really helpful and friendly. It's much better than other stores I've been to.
I have been with T-.obile for years. Every store I've been to has had friendly, welcoming employees. I sat at this location for 20 minutes, and neither employee acknowledged I was there. I understand they were each helping a customer, but not to even take 1 second to say, "Hi"? I work in reta. Letting guests know you are aware of them is key.
We made the switch to T-Mobile and upgraded our phones in the process. The promotions were good and our network coverage/performance has improved noticeably. Upgrading phones and picking a new family plan can take some time. The Team was very helpful and patient during our two visits which involved a post purchase resize to a smaller phone. Overall this was a positive experience; much better than our last phone refresh a couple years back. I would recommend this T-Mobile location.
Tyler was so helpful! He answered all my questions and was even able to help a bunch of people in between as I was doing some things on my own. He was super nice and made sure I got taken care of.
