I popped into this location looking to switch from my provider. Eduardo was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me find the best phone ever. I got the new Moto g stylus. Have to say. It's a really great phone and the coverage is better here than cricket.
Jenny helped me with my IPhone 11. She was so awesome, went above and beyond by calling me when they got it. Thank you so much!
If your hours online say that you are open Sundays till 6pm and the store hours listed on the door of your store say that you are open till 6pm on Sunday why is it that your store is locked up tight and closed at 5:15pm on Sunday?
So I upgraded my wife's phone on Monday. Today is Saturday and she has found that the new phone isn't compatible with certain apps she wants to use. We try to exchange the phone only to be told that all sales are final. The lady behind the counter points out a small print paper in an out of the way corner of the counter that would be impossible to notice if it's not pointed out to you as if that's supposed to say that we should have known about the non-return policy before we left the store.
After being told that we can't return the phone,she has the fall to try selling us a new phone as if buying another non-retunable phone will make it alright that we're not happy with the one we already have.
All around bad experience with them. I recommend staying away.
