I really like the advantage we have on getting furniture and paying monthly. However I have had a few issues with this Rent a Center ! Just wish I could get on the same page without the hassle.

It’s fine while Brain is there Lindsay horrible customer service skills she was ready to refund meud83eudd14thought as a manger u would want to make customer satisfied nope not her she was ready to refund me she don’t need to be a manager at all now the other lady I think her name is Jackie got on the phone and did what Lindsay should have . Every time I go there Jackie is on the go but she is not a manager but she should be hey brayn maybe it time to promote Jackie to manager she has grate customer service skills,she experience in customer satisfaction. Unlike Lindsay just sit there with them lashes doing nothing Thanks to Jackie I’m still a customer........... ud83eudd2c
