Ordered the new IPad Pro over the phone. Great service and arrived within 3 days. Stopped in the store to pick up and great service again. Not a single issue of any kind. Fast and Friendly service. Highly recommend the Secor UT Store.
I had help from 3 different people. Cody, Ethan, and Colin! Every time I called into the store with question's, anyone who answered the phone was nice and willing to help me. I was looking for an upgrade and they made sure I would get a good deal and a phone that I would really like (which I love). Just an overall pleasant experience. These guys really go out of their way to make sure things go smoothly. Ethan left instructions for anyone to follow depending on who would be working with me when I came in to the store just in case he was not there. Colin jumped in knowing what to do. Very great conversationalist all while making sure my information from my old device transferred over to my new device. I would advise when you go in, be patient because even with a lot going on as you are waiting they still made sure to greet me and others while helping with other customers.

These guys were great! Keaton and Colin took care of me and im not even a verizon customer! Took care of all my sons needs without hesitation or issue! Highly recommend!
Ethan is probably the most informed and compassionate store manager / customer service person I have dealt with over the past 10 years. Every time I go to the store he is more than willing to fix whatever phone issue I have. He is not pushy about selling product nor condescending when discussing technology.
