Went to buy a hotspot, came in at 7:30pm, which was plenty of time to get help.. two workers helping others so I waited 25 minutes before they finished the other customers..when she got to me, she told me her tablet or computer didn’t work.. the other worker, a dude said yeah they weren’t trained to use them...but they helped the other customers, who were white, and had no problems. Now it’s time for store to close and I’m a black customer, who has been a customer for 5 years, now the systems are not working and they don’t know how to use them...wowwwwwww, unbelievable! I have never been treated so unfairly as I was today 3/15/21 at this location by those two employees! I think they told me this because they didn’t want to help me cause they wanted to go home, either that or it was the color of my skin!

Tmobile continues to live up to it's reputation, as being the worse phone company per customer survey. It was all about custmer service being horrendous. I tried to order a flip phone, unlimited talk & text for 4 days using customer service.in trying to help me, they made it worse. No f/u done as promised. After 5 days, I cancelled. Thinking I could go to the brick and mortar store. I knew my pw by heart becase I had used it so much. I was trying to avoid this very thing. He asked me for my ss# and to sign documents twice! He had not signed in For work andnmy purchases had not been added because of this our purchases were delayed. The salesperson was not very helpful, offered no followup assistance. I purchased an inexpensive phone and added a line to my sccount for an 86 yr. Old who is a lst time user and, had realized the need for a phone during the pandemic. The employee had little empathy of situation

Demetrius and Alexus were amazing! All of my questions, thoughts, and concerns were answered thoroughly. The sales associates were extremely nice and made for a very friendly environment. They were so much help. Great people, great service! Glad i chose sprint.
