No matter who your internet provider is or make of computer, there are times when you need a reliable IT person. Razelle is always there when I need them most. Recently I upgraded my modem and TV services with my internet provider. The modem was not talking with the router and my internet connection was on and off to the point of being annoying. Razelle resolved all my issues and now my devices are happy again and working as they should.
Service was excellent, J worked with me and listened to me. He called promptly at 3:30 p.m. as stated. He was able to talk me through solving my problem. I am very glad that I purchased a laptop through Razelle.
