Sandy was amazing - I will lead with that. I have a back that requires a lot of pressure and most places I go a deep tissue massage ends up feeling like a relaxation massage. Sandy let me know she was at half her strength level about a minute or two in, which was very nice. I let her know to dial it up a bit, and I walked out of there feeling like a new person, and I will definitely be back in the near future for another massage.

Went there last week and had an amazing experience.The therapist was awesome and was able to help my back and my hamstrings with a deep tissue massage. Also very knowledgeable on his profession. Staff overall very respectful and professional.Definitely will be going again.

In the age of COVID touch is missing from our lives. Elements provides such a calm , relaxing atmosphere to unwind some of the tension and anxiety caused by this pandemic. I appreciate the warm staff who always call me by name, the cleanliness and enhanced safety. I always feel better after my massage time; it's been a much needed respite for me.

I received a wonderful massage from T.C. I pulled a muscle in my back and was in a lot of pain. I looked all over the place for a place that could get me in ASAP as it was a Saturday afternoon. Element's had an appointment that evening that I was able to easily schedule online. T.C. got the knots out of my back and also showed me some stretches to do at home to keep the muscle loose. The room was comfortable and T.C. was very kind and professional.

The best place for a massage! Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff is 2nd to none!
