VIO Med Spa

Each time I go to V/O Med Spa in Avon, I have an amazing experience. The entire staff is so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They are true experts in this industry. The products and services offered are totally worth it and my skin has never looked better.

Today was my second time going to Vio Med Spa for lip injections with Allison. I will never see anyone else for my lips. Allison is incredibly knowledgeable, profession, personable, and fun. I was so nervous my first time and she eased me in and talked me through the whole process. The staff is also really great. Each time they worked with me to find something that fit my budget. Awesome all around. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I was highly satisfied with the entire experience at V/O Avon. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. I have found a lot of staff at spas of any kind tend to be stuck up, pretentious, and make you feel unwelcome. This is not at all the situation here. They are so welcoming, even when you just came from the gym and are looking less than presentable LOLnI have had appointments with both Julia and Erin and they were both just beyond amazing. Both were highly informative, gentle, and did everything to make sure I was informed and comfortable throughout each entire appointment.nCan I also add that NONE of the staff pressured me in any way to buy any products nor did they pressure me to join the optional membership. They provided me with information on skin care products and explained the membership options. However at no time did I feel they were pushy or trying to get me to get anything that I didn’t want to get. That’s phenomenal and rare of any business that has a membership option. I may end up joining their membership in the future, but I am not sure yet. I want to see how long my treatments last before signing on and seeing if it would be cheaper in the the long run. They were ud83dudcaf supportive of my decision to wait it out and see.nI highly recommend this medspa as it provides superior, quality service, amazing customer service, knowledgeable, professional staff, and a clean, sanitary, welcoming environment.

After having god awful experiences at face forward I have had 2 awesome experiences at vio in Avon! Allison is knowledgeable and not pushy with their memberships like FF and doesn’t force an insane amount of botox in a young face like face forward did, instead she educates you on their products and services as well as informative of the prices and what you can save as a member. She was professional, polite and remembered me when I came in on another occasion with another girl for a facial. The front desk staff is kind and Julia did my hydra facial and was amazing, informative and extremely Knowledgeable on what she was using. Can’t wait to come back!

I went to Vio Med Spa in Avon today for the first time, and I absolutely had to write a review! This place is so wonderful! The spa itself is beautiful, and sparkling clean. The staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, exceptionally trained and friendly. I received Botox today from Allison, and she was great... quick and painless. I loved the contactless check out and the text confirmations. I can’t wait to go back for a facial next. I can’t recommend this place enough!
