Supremely disappointed in the Photo Center here. They lost my $100 order for my wedding invitations, and I have spent hours across multiple weeks trying to get them to fix it, or refund the order to no avail. They did not respond to my calls, and it took over an hour to be told that they had no idea where they were when I went in person. Two weeks later, I still have no reply. In my opinion, this is theft, and will continue to seek reparations.
Not worth it. Every time I go to this photo lab, they either send my photos to a different store without informing me, or cut my photos wrong. Every single time that I have gone in to pick up my photos, without fail I end up waiting about 20-30 minutes for anyone to show up, and when they finally do they seem annoyed at having to come at all. The last time I picked up my photos, the borders were uneven and trimmed wrong. On the right side of my photos, there isn't even a border at all. I gave this place multiple chances, but every visit was the same. I would suggest buying your photos from Shutterfly for the same price and waiting a little longer for them instead of getting prints done here at all. Very disappointed.
