On a Saturday, before the store got busy.. we had the privilege of working with Clay and we had three people in our family- each with a separate phone need. It took some time and we were so grateful for all of his knowledge and experience to guide us through the process. And a few people came in and had to wait for a bit to get their turn but we were always given a feeling of generous attention to detail. Besides the help with the new phone selections- he helped us choose the right plan that would save us money.
I needed a new iPhone--finally caved... and I could not have had a better experience looking at options, making the purchase, and having Jason set up my phone completely. I'm so impressed with him and his service--personable, professional, took care of all the details, answered a myriad of questions, while engaging authentically.... Top notch. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat with any questions on my newer phone and highly recommend him. Now to try it out--and see if the audio is crystal clear, and test out the camera and features.... Was able to schedule an appointment to come in right from their website. Jason was quick and knew exactly what I needed.
On day of review i was unhappy that I had to go to. 2 att stores just to get my new phone. Which made me quit unhappy having to wait for 4hrs at the first store just to send me to the second store to pick up the phone.
