Normally when i go in i walk out with nothing but good things to say when i Leave. The customer service is usually pretty great and i never have any issues. Yesterday when upgrading my boyfriends phone we had phenomenal service. The employee that serviced us was great! Today however is a different story, which is why they’re falling one star short on my review. I went on the app to check out my bill and stuff like that and for my phone it said i was able to upgrade even though i had just upgraded a few months back. I love my phone i just wanted a bigger one. So as everyone is aware, they will not give info over the phone. You have to be there face to face. So i went in to see what this upgrade option was about. I had the girl check before making any decisions about anything. Turns out i would have to pay $600 off on my current phone to trade up so soon. This isn’t a big deal, i am not made of money and decided not to do an early upgrade. BUT. Here’s where the problem was. Instead of just telling me what i had to pay off and leaving it at that, she decided to instead say “i know everyone got their stimulus and taxes, but honestly you’d have to pay off $600 if you wanted this option.” Now. If this was how i would be paying, okay. I get it. But given the fact that i have a full time job and it’s pay day for me, and it shows i work for a hospital that works with sprint and gives its employees discounts, her comment felt like a slap in the face. Honesty is always key. But the manner in which this was brought up is terrible for business. It doesn’t matter how someone is paying. It isn’t your business or your pocket. So that being said, i think she needs a bit more training and some manners when talking to customers especially since these places get commissioned if they make a sale. Even if i were to blow money unnecessarily, i would have taken my business elsewhere today. Again, we really appreciated the employee we worked with yesterday. He was great, which is the only reason why my rating is so generous.

I want to compliment and commend the 3 staff members at the T-Mobile Store on Chester Road, in Avon, Ohio, that took an undetermined amount of time to assist me with upgrading 2 phones and accounts. They were very helpful, polite, went above and beyond their job to help me. I would like to thank Shawn, Sara, Brianna for their excellent service. I appreciate them.

I have gone in twice now, wasting over 2 hours of my time, and both times have been given incorrect information. I strongly suggest anyone with a need for a SIM card or how to change a Sprint acct over to T-Mobile find any where else to go. The customer service at the store is horrible.

Avon's Tmobile store is my, absolute, favorite Tmobile store to visit. Shout out to Allison, who's always so friendly and helpful with any mobile phone issues I may have. She always resolves any problems that I may be experiencing. A true asset to Tmobile corporation!n#SatisfiedCustomer

My husband went to the T-Mobile Store (formerly Sprint) on Chester this past Tuesday. These are his words: We were having trouble on Monday trying to set my son's iPad with Cellular Data. So I went to the T-Mobile Store (on Chester) on Tuesday. I had the privilege of dealing with two awesome associates! Shawn and Kim were so incredibly helpful! Even after I got the run-around from another store where I had purchased the iPad. Shawn and Kim took the time to help out a guy who was trying to get cellular data working for his son's iPad. Then they waited until I verified that the changes had indeed occurred and that the product was indeed working the way it was supposed to. And to go above and beyond, after we finished, Kim promptly sanitized the iPad and courteously reminded me to be safe. What a team! I am truly grateful for their professionalism, kindness, courtesy, patience, and superb knowledge. I would recommend this team 100% :) - jaime
