I have lived in this area for numerous years and have never had any problems. Unfortunately this is no longer the case under new management, whether they are veteran employees or not. I can tell you this being a business owner they definitely need some UPDATED TRAINING both manager and assistant manager. They are a poor pick for night time management. I will take my business to KMART if I have to drive 100 miles from now on. I will also be cancelling my Sam's club accounts. Just a recommendation from a local small business owner.nJoe
Was refused my instant prints when I did not have paper proof of rights to images. Produced two separate emails showing I owned images and even called JCP who spoke to Wal-mart employee in photo center, Jessisca. At one point 4 Wal-Mart emoloyees surrounded me and my 6 year old. Made me feel very ganged up on. Very poor customer service, left feeling terrible. One employee even said mam that is how JCP makes their money. I then went to JCP asking for help. They were very kind and referred me to another local print shop. I had no issues printing the one 5x7 photo I needed there.nOverall Wal-mart employees in photo department were very unpleasent with poor customer service.
