When you are good at your job, passionate about technology, and centered around customer service it shows. The team was fast, efficient, and covid safe. Had to get something handled for a discount. Took my phone in 2x and they said it was good to go. Bill kept coming in hire each month. Found out they were doing it wrong. Verizon won't refund difference because store did it incorrectly.
