I find the employees at my local metro PCS located on Colorado in Lorain to be very helpful and confident in what they are doing. However I have had to deal with the manager, ASR, corporate on several occasions, they do there best but are nothing more than puppets controlled by their corporate T-Mobile. I will not go into details on how I believe they did me wrong however I will say I've been a customer of MetroPCS for over 4 years and have three lines with them once my last payment has expired I will be leaving them. I rated them with a one-star only because I couldn't give them a zero..

This store has the best customer service ever. I love going there. They treat you like family. Great job everyone at the eastside metro. And the phone service is great also!
