They won't get my business again. When you can refuse a trade based on the cover of a game (basically not the original, but still not shoddy by any means) while you sell used games in Blu Ray cases that movies not games are in...you're hypocritical to the nth degree.nnAs someone who has given this business more of my money over the last 20 years than I can begin to count, I won't forget or forgive this. eBay and Amazon are it for me moving forward.
Always love coming here, my friend and I befriended some of the staff here. I don't know if they still work there because I haven't seen them in awhile, but all the other staff is super nice and always helpful. They are a little too helpful though, I get asked if I need help every ten minutes. This is probably my favorite store and specifically this location. Great people, cheap stuff, and nice atmosphere.
5 ⛤ in my books! Love all the employees and everyone's always super friendly. The only thing I'm not on board with is the rewards card I use every time I buy something which is often and I usually buy a few things I just don't see much of a benefit maybe 1.50 off once a year i feel like. Thats the only complaint of mine. Thanks guys!
As exchanges go it's pretty much normal. Still a cool place
Great customer service and reasonably priced CDs. Movie selection is great and of near mint condition. If they don't have it in stock, they can order it for you.nIf you are building your cd or movie collection back up, this is the place to start. I've been going back there quite often lately. Out of 5 stars, I give it a 10!
