I pre-ordered a samsung galaxy s21 ultra from here. They made the process seamless and easy. My phone was shipped directly to the store and they assisted the transfer, installed the screen protector, and put on the case. Very friendly staff and I was in an out quickly. Will be using this location for all transactions moving forward.

Great changes at this store.....The 2 women I dealt with Doreia and LA where awesome and listened to what my needs where. I had fun with them assisting me and ended up upgrading my iPhone 8 to X Xr!! We all entertained everyone that came into the store. Please do not lose them they are totally Customer Service driven and an asset to this store!!! Thanks ladies!!!
Be careful. Store looks closed because its way in the back of the plaza and not well lit by the sun. The store is retail only, no repairs. It's clean and the staff helpfully gave directions to the apple store in Beachwood.
