Horrible store don't waste your time going there bought a new phone but wanted to keep the same number the guy that worked there told me I couldn't keep the same number and to get a new one.So I went to the Willoughby loaction and mo was able to give me old number back.
Employee didn't have his mask over his nose and I tryed to buy a new phone and extras but metro updated there computer system the day before and no one including the I.T. tech support couldn't figure how to set up my new phone so I got nothing after an hour and a half.
Out of the 5 times I went to that store 2 of them were good experiences. The store reps have absolutely NO knowledge of products, warranty, procedures!! They do not listen to what your issue assuming everything is fixed through settings, very rude.. I was going 2 purchase a aux cord here they were asking 20$ the corporate store 10 min away charged 10$ for the cord.. THESE PPL ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND A RIP OFF!!
The go to place for good cell phone service as well as customer service. I've been a metro customer for almost 10 years and it keeps getting better all the time!
