EXCELLENT customer service! Jamie, the manager, went above and beyond to assist us in switching an android phone on its last leg over to an iPhone that wasn’t even purchased in their store. Dario is personable and extremely knowledgeable. This is my “go to” T-Mobile store from now on. It previously was a sprint store and they cleaned it up and made it inviting. Thanks to all of you for helping us on Saturday!
Visit went well. New sim card
After speaking with Sprint on the phone three times about the same issue with my Galaxy note 10 plus they recommended I go to this store for help.The woman at the store told me there was nothing she could do to help me and she wanted to refer me to a store that was further away. Apparently they're okay at selling phones but not supporting their customers.
The customer service was great. It was at the end of the day on a Sunday and the representative stayed late and help us out an ensured that my wife and I were completely satisfied and taken care of. I fully recommend this store for any of your cellular needs. Thank you so much.
