I went to the store intending to get a new phone plan as a new customer and was expecting to pay the 90 dollars for the unlimited plan. However, I was quite pleasantly surprised when I was kindly greeted by the one employee there, Skyler. He was more than kind and went above and beyond any customer service I’ve ever had. GIVE THIS MAN A PROMOTION/RAISE! Anyways, I left a happy man, having saved some money, and will stick to Verizon solely on that experience alone. Thank you ud83dude4fud83cudffb
Was out of my area but decided to checkout their prices .and I was treated so well and salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a new galaxy s 21 and am so glad now that I stopped in . As my friend advised me.
Fast service and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more
They don't stock Motorola phones. One guy said I was the second person that day asking for them. The other guy said a lot of people have been asking for them. ZERO MOTOROLA PHONES IN STOCK. Maybe it's time to rethink your policy on cheap phones. I'm sure you make more money selling thousand dollar phones. How much do you make when customers like me who are tired of paying outrageous prices for phones walk out the door. Personally, I would rather make some money from everyone who walks in the store than make a killing on a few and nothing from the rest. Just my opinion, so take it with a grain of salt. Maybe I'm wrong. After all you have a business and I don't, so.
Nice people working at Verizon. Washable to give me some help but still disappointed with the Heraclitus and Verizon cutting back on service half way through the month.
