When notified order was ready for pickup it was not. Only had a third of the order ready. Then was told they didn't have the product in stock when it was right behind them on the shelf. Pleading with the associates to look at the paperwork that they were giving me that shows the quantity of what I was to pick up. Not till I pointed out to them there was more to be picked up from the paperwork they showed me and tried to tell me that it was one of each when the quality showed more of each item. In the end I did receive all my product after pleading with them and explaining to the associates their own paperwork.nThis was very upset for me.

Bought a washer and dryer from them a couple months back. Washer started having some troubles. I couldnt find the receipt so I could get a technician out to fix it. Called the store and asked if they had a way to look it up. Guy over the phone said nope. Then told me good luck and hung up the phone.nnSo I called customer service and they found my receipt just fine. I spent 10 minutes at the time of purchase with them asking all my personal info to not have my receipt on file? Ridiculous. Terrible customer service and its definitely the last thing I purchase from them.nnNo wonder sears is going out of business.

It has been hard to find a self propelled lawn mower of which the Middlefield store had 2 in stock. We drove an hour and a half to get there, and were very pleased with the service and pleased that they were on sale. We saved over $100.00! We were pleased with the service, the pleasant staff and overall experience. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to let the boss know how great of a staff he has. They took our Willoughby store away and Middlefield presented itself in front of me. Very clean store very organized helpful and courteous staff. Will see you again soon
