Typically get a monthly massage. Have always had great service. The staff is top-notch and have never walked out not feeling 100% relaxed and stress-free

Last Thursday I called to make sure my wife could still go in for her massage on Friday as there was some new Covid restrictions. I spoke with Darla and she said yes they were still open and we confirmed the appointment at 1:30. They called as we were on our way there and said that her appointment was at 1:00. Later (sooner than I expected) my wife called to say that she was done. When I picked her up she told me that they cut her time short because she was late, charged her the full amount and the therapist was rough. Apparently they don't care if they cut off an income stream as that was the last time my wife will go back.
