I’m a big fan personally. The unit I rented was a 10x15 and the ceilings were so tall it was like renting an additional unit. The individual I dealt with when reserving the unit was very, very nice and respectable. If I need another unit down the line this will be my first go to.

I rented a storage for only 3 weeks, was told it was under 24/7 surveillance as well as working camera's. I had a camera pointed straight at my storage unit that didn't work and I had no knowledge of it not working until I went to get my property 3 weeks later and it was gone. I reported to missy and the owner and they are taking no responsibility and refuse to help me replace my whole life that was stolen from me. Im not the first person that this has happen to matter of fact I have had numerous of people contact me with the same issue.. I am filing a court claim on this company. If I were you and you want to keep your belongings DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT NOTHING BUT RENTING A UNIT. THIS STORAGE IS CONNECTED WITH SELF STORAGE ON THE WEST SIDE OF FRANKFORT AS WELL.

Self Storage of Frankfort definitely deserves this 5 star rating. From the 1st phone call to inquire about renting a unit, up until the day we left, we received excellent service from this staff. We recently moved to Frankfort and needed a unit to store our belongings for a month. When we walked in the door to check in, we were greeted by the managers as if we were family. You could not ask for a sweeter couple to deal with. They made us feel welcome, provided all the information about our unit, checked us in without incident and even treated us to candy. Missy handled our account in a professional manner, always returning calls and quickly responding to any concerns we had. If we ever need storage again, we will definitely use Self Storage Center of Frankfort. Thank you so much.

I have been using this facility since November. The employees are wonderful and we have had no issues since storing our items here. Close, convenient and works great for us!
