Avery was extremely helpful! He got us a great deal on a couple of new phones and was friendly without being fake nor unprofessional. We've been T-Mobile customers for a long time and associates like Avery are a big part of why!
Avery and his staff are amazing. We went to two other t-mobile stores to try to upgrade a device and both of them had terrible customer service and told us they couldn't help us. Then we went to Avery's store and it was like a whole different company. They were able to help us switch devices and work through all the issues we ran into all work the upmost professionalism. If you need anything from t-mobile/sprint this is the store to go to.

Now this may have just been the gentlemen I spoke with on 11/01/2020 or he may have just been new. I been having issues with my phone not being connected to network. Once they tested they told me they would have a new one sent to the store, then overnight it to the one in Michigan. Well It got delivered, but never over nighted. When I called they told me that they don't know who would tell me that and after speaking to the manager they cant overnight it. I would have to go to the one in Michigan. Welp, that was a waste of time on sunday. I just wish I was given correct information.
I am from out of town and stopped in this location for assistance and Brendan helped us. He was great. I am here due to a family emergency and not able to spend a lot of time dealing with this issue, but Brendan helped us more than he had to, which is greatly appreciated. He made things much more convenient for me during a difficult time.
