Was in and out fast. The store manager Jenni has helped me on 2 occasions. I will be sure to always come to this store. My galaxy plus hasn't had good service the entire year I've had it. After doing some kind of reset activation, it works. I've spoken to many reps over the phone with no solution. Highly suggest this store!

Hit or miss depending on who is working on the day. Have had 5 star experiences here and have had less than 1 star experiences here. Hope you get lucky.
