Showed up at 11:05am on a Friday to find the store was still closed. Very disappointed. Go to Guitar Center, Sam Ash or order on Amazon.

I wouldn't buy or receive service from here ever again. It's managed by two people. The owner seems to enjoy insulting people and laughing at them for no reason, and his son seems antisocial. Every time I went into their shop I had a bad experience, and they just don't care about their clients; it's all about the money. They leave the shop consistently and are closed when they are supposed to be open. Do yourself a favor and purchase strings, repairs, or accessories elsewhere. Every business is out for profit, but this business is a lot worse. They will disrespect, and even patronize you. The owner is implying that I am a liar, or I make fake reviews but I don't. I felt uncomfortable in cross strings and I wanted to share my opinion. You can judge the atmosphere and service for yourself. My other reviews are not a joke.
