Absolutely one of the best experiences I ever had. The salesman was perfect. The deal was even better. The delivery people were early and knowledgeable. They talked my wife and I through everything. Also, they gave us a ton of extras and just were amazing. If you want a hot tub, go here. Best place around.
I purchased a new spa from Ohio Pools and Spas and could not be happier with the experience. They were informative and patient as I explored the options. At no point did the sales associate pressure me for a purchase. Once I made a decision on a spa, they helped me select an attractive financing option. Installation was incredible. It was delivered, installed and filled in about 2 hours and they left the site spotless. Finally the service after the sale has been extraordinary. They've called to make sure everything is going smoothly and are out to check the spa and help make sure I've figured out the water management about every other week.nnWe've been in the spa almost every night since we got it in early January. Our new hot tub was delivered on Friday morning and by afternoon, Ryan was here to help get it all set up and went over directions. It was great experience with Ryan show me how to operate and get the spa up and running for use. Ohio Pools and Spa is the best place in my opinion to purchase a spa. The service and professionalism is wonderful.
Ohio Pools and Spas is by far the number one spa dealership when it comes to Spas. My wife and I were looking to buy a hot tub and went to 5 different hot tub dealerships, one being Ohio Pools and Spas. The knowledge and professionalism from them surpassed my expectations. Our salesman Eric was fantastic and answered all our questions we had. Eric kept in touch with us all the way till our hot tub got installed and was able to answer all our questions that comes (which there were alot). The Coordinator that handles the delivery process and install was amazing as well and kept us updated throughout the whole process. When it came to the day of install Ohio Pools and Spas again exceeded my expectations. The crew that came out was polite, friendly, and fast. The technician that help with the start up of the hot tub was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had about the hot tub. I recommend Ohio Pools and Spas to everyone I know looking for a hot tub. A friend of ours has already purchased a hot tub from Ohio Pools and Spas because of how well our experience was.
We purchased our first Hot Springs hot tub from Ohio Pools and Spas back in 2004. The entire process of purchase and installation went exceptionally smooth. We purchased the extended warranty at the time and mainly just used it to maintain the spa over the years. After 10 years, we traded in our old tub and purchased a newer version of the same tub. That was seven years ago. Still looking and functioning as good as the day we purchased.nnThis year, we decided to tear out our old deck in favor of a much larger concrete patio and decided to once again, upgrade our tub. We decided to try a bigger tub this time, as we like to entertain at home. We are still going with the Hot Springs brand, as we have had nothing but an awesome experience with this brand (this time, we purchased the Envoy, from the Hot Springs – Highlife series). But as always, we purchased from Jim Furlong and the fantastic crew at the Mayfield Hts. showroom. If you are at all considering the purchase of a hot tub or spa, just do yourself a big favor and just head to Mayfield Hts. and see Jim Furlong at Ohio Pools and Spa.
