Astonishing accuracy and efficiency! Training was a breeze. Mike at TVT was great at teaching the Dragon Medical One. Easy to use. Quite an improvement from even prior Dragon software. More than paid for itself in the first month of use, no more need for an external transcription service. A real quantum leap forward in my practice. A team with Outstanding customer service that is always there to help when needed!nAs a medical provider needing to document all the times, dragon is a game changer for me. I just hung up with Mike and he seriously went way above and beyond to not only help me with the problem at hand but also to show me amazing things my dragon can do to facilitate even better documentation. He's fantastic!

Mike at Total Voice Technologies has been awesome to work with in getting my Dragon Medical Practice Edition 4 activated and running properly. I had worked with him in the past several years ago before updating my software recently and would rate rate all of my experiences as excellent. He has always went above and beyond what is required to make things enjoyable in the process. I would highly recommend anybody with confidence to work with him and Total Voice Technologies team.

Excellent service and support for Dragon Medical Practice Edition. I actually tried to buy it from another vendor. All I got was transfers and messages. After 2 days of waiting I called Mike at Total Voice Technologies. He answered all my questions and set up a demo to try on my computer (with Dragon Medical One). Once I saw how well it worked I ended up buying Medical Practice Edition. Mike handled the sale and initial training. He was patient and took time to be sure I understood each step. 3 months later, when I had a few bugs, he spent all the time I needed with knowledgeable straightforward answers to my issues.nnThe software is great. (Nuance is still working out a bug with the Google chrome extension.) But, what really makes a difference, is the support and service. Mike has made it clear that I can call as much as I need. Having one person who can handle the sale and support makes it easy.
