I met with Clint there. He is very knowledgeable and polite. He takes his time explaining and doesn't mind questions.nThe store is laid out well and has a good selection of high end audio as well as some lesser expensive, but still great quality, stereo equipment. Definitely worth a trip to the store.nPricing is fair but pretty much the same everywhere.nOne of the few stores around here that carries quality cables.nThank you for your help today Clint,nDave

This is a really nice place. They have different rooms set up like a “theatre” or “cinema”. The products look like they’re very high end and great sounding.nnWe went late in the day and I feel that the person that took care of us just wanted to go home. He seemed uninterested in helping us out. The guy we spoke to on the phone was phenomenal but he had left by the time we got there. We ended up purchasing the product we were researching somewhere else. Too bad though, we would have loved to do business there.nnSo I advise going there earlier so that the employer or owner is full of energy and ready to help. They do have a great place.

Had a master bedroom addition completed earlier this year and planned to use one of the wireless AT&T U-verse boxes from another TV on the TV in the new master Bedroom. The WiFi signal wasn’t strong enough to reach the TV in that new room...it would freeze and become digitized. Since I’ve used Xtend Technologies on at least 4 other projects at my house, with great success, I decided to give them a call and have a technician come out to assess the situation, make a recommendation and put together a proposal so that TV wouldn’t become just an expensive piece of wall art. After spending more than $3,500.00 to upgrade my WiFi I ran in to the same issues and all they keep telling me is that it's an issue with the AT&T equipment and that I'll need to contact them to increase the strength of my WiFi. Seems like that was something they could have told me before needlessly spending money on their proposed solution that did not even work. Very disappointed.

I recently built a new house and wanted to get set up with an outdoor tv as well as speakers and upgraded wifi to the back patio. I met with Roger and they gave me a few options to buy and mount a tv/sound bar, add 2 speakers to the pre-wired outside wall, as well as add an outdoor access point wired to the exterior of the house to extend the wifi. After he sent me pricing for equipment as well as installation, I told him I could mount and install the tv myself (but still buy from them), I was more interested in having them install the access point. I was then told they were only interested in it if its the whole project. What?! I then asked what if I came to you and already had the tv installed and just needed the upgraded wifi? You wouldn't do that? He then told me I guess that's a good point, I'll send you an upgraded quote with all the equipment and only installing the access point. Unfortunately the next quote he sent over didn't say anything about installation, just gave the price for the equipment as well as a note saying its probably better to see if you can get someone else to install the access point. Needless to say I purchased the products elsewhere and probably will not be going back to them when I need to finish by 1800 sq ft basement in a few years. As much as they advertise they will take on any size project, unfortunately that doesn't seem to be true.

I stopped in today to get some help in deciding what subwoofer would be right for my system. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with some really neat gear in there. The ability to talk to a guru and demo the items before buying them is absolutely priceless. 5/5 would definitely recommend
