The movers were professional and courteous. Showed up on time and were careful loading up the piano.nThey moved it approximately 7 miles to our son’s home late Aug 2020. We were moving that same afternoon for good for Texas so I did not have the opportunity to check the piano myself once it was set up at his home. Due to COVID the weekend of 3/21/21 was the first time we’ve been back to see our son. He asked if I’d like to play the piano. Neither he or his partner know how to play (yet) and have not touched the piano.nWhen I played it we immediately found the left/soft pedal was never connected and the right/sustain pedal was not working either (not letting up on the sustain).nI reached out to Bob today and told him about the issue.nHe has refused to fix the pedals that were not properly connected by his movers because it has been 7 months since he moved it.nWe are disappointed that he wouldn’t even consider resolving this unless we paid him $100 for a technician to come out.nIf you use this piano mover, BE SURE to thoroughly check the piano and play it before they leave!

These guys were the best. We had the opportunity to get a free piano from a neighbor but had to act fast to get the deal. Bob and his team were right there to the pickup the piano the NEXT morning and had the whole job completed in about an hour. It was insanely fast and the piano was moved professionally without any harm to it or the homes it went in and out of. The price was also very reasonable. Most of all, Bob and the younger guys working with him were so friendly and kind. I cannot recommend them enough!

Very professional moving company! The move itself was not easy and they took careful precautions to assure that there would be no damage to the piano. Nice and honest people who work at a great price :)

The data that was captured to start the process was efficient to enter. The quote given to me for my piano was no-fuss and seemed fair given the rationale provided. I set a date for pick up and they were on time, extremely courteous and meticulous. It was a pleasure doing business with A Thru Z Paino!

We had an old player piano that we wanted removed. They were quick to respond, quote, and schedule. They were on time and very respectful and professional. I definitely recommend them!
