Exceptional staff and customer service at a time when it's rarely provided by the cell companies. Knowledgeable, affable and accountable, the team at T-Mobile Rockside (led by Maria) went out of their way to ensure that every part of switching cell phone providers was easy, friendly, and fair. Clevelanders should stop by this store if they're thinking about switching cell plans.
