My iPhone 6 suddenly started to die so I made an online appointment with my local Sprint/T Mobile store. I was able to get in within an hour and was greeted as soon as I walked in by Diego. He was professional and personable and helped me with a new phone. My old phone screen was frozen so unfortunately couldn’t get to any photos not on the Cloud but my contacts were all transferred. The reason this is a 4 and not a 5: I bought an Otter box at the store which was a little more than I could get online but was worth it for the immediate convenience, BUT the glass screen saver I bought without paying attention was MANY times more expensive than available online. Should have done some homework! I did call and check that the charge was correct. So an otherwise good experience left me with some frustration. I do recommend these folks, just be prepared for the extras!
