Sam was so helpful with my Mom and I. We weren't really sure if any of the phones were right for her and in her budget, but he listened to her needs and wants and was extremely helpful with finding her the perfect phone. Now she is chatting and browsing away. We have come to him several times and after many unpleasant visits at other locations I am so happy we found a genuinely nice and helpful guy. Got sold a broken speaker and it was listed as a phone on recepit. Whoever the new guy is , is scamming.nChanging back to 5 stars because the original guy I go to is there and fixed the problem and gave me a better speaker for a little extra
