I had a fantastic experience at EWC. Only been there 2 times and both times been awesome. The service and products are fast and smooth Breanna did a great job with the wax and Toni and the girls at the front desk are very open and friendly. Totally recomend!

Very disappointed! I went to this location for the first time and I will never go back again. They were late with my scheduled appointment and then had me booked for the wrong services. I have not one but two packages with them and I confirmed it twice before heading there. The lady was super nice but had to rush through my services since she did not have enough time and had another guest waiting. The quality is garbage and I still have so much hair left over!

It was very clean. Very professional environment, yet friendly at the same time. I seen Raven today and she did a wonderful job. Will definitely be my go-to for my eyebrows from here on out.

It was my first time at EWC. I chose it for the good reviews, however I am disappointed. Contrary to several other reviews I did not find the room to be clean. I found it somewhat disconcerting that I had to disrobe in front of the person doing my wax rather than being able to do so alone and then have them rejoin. Also, I did not like that there were tablets hung right on the wall that flash the name of the next person and what service they are getting - definitely visible to the patrons. I feel like that is something only the aesthetician should have access to for privacy reasons. I also did not care for the product pushing. I had Violet and she seemed to have to keep going over spots and it felt fairly rushed. The one positive was the front desk rep Margaret- she was very helpful & knowledgeable. All in all not the kind of experience I hoped for.

Tinishia is amazing. She is truly an artist and makes you feel so comfortable for what can be a rather awkward experience. I highly recommend EWC and Tinishia. (Just don't take my spot, lol)
