Being a senior I am totally appreciative of Kelton. He's patient, kind & very helpful with his knowledge. After weeks of trying to set up my new phone, he got me up & running very quickly. Great guy!!
Keligan was very friendly and helpful. I used to go to a different T-Mobile store, but will be coming here from now on due to the excellent customer service. Keep up the great work guys!
Terrible customer service. Brought a defective phone from another store. I wanted to buy a new phone probably for more money and the sales associate just kept repeating that I would pay a restock fee for a defective phone instead of showing me something that I would like.
We had a phone issue that needed resolved. Dorian was very helpful! Highly recommended. Much better customer service that other phone stores I've been to.
