Someone from the store used my name to give the store a good review. I just found it and edited the review that I never wrote, and thought I should let everyone know. That is identity theft and fraud. Whoever at your store is using people's names to write good reviews for yourselves may want to stop. I'm furious.

Justin and Miranda (from the Carrollton store) have over the past year met with my 94 year old mom dozens of times to help her with pretty much everything you can think of. They have been patient, kind, funny, and of course, deeply knowledgeable.nnI am visiting from Charlotte to help my mom purchase a new phone today and they greeted her by name when we walked in. I am actually tearing up writing this.nnIn a world where people say big companies don’t care, Justin and Miranda are living proof that’s not true.nnVerizon has made my mom’s life a little bit better and a lot happier. Whatever you are doing to attract and retain people like them — keep doing it.nnThank you!

While in Canton I made the mistake of stopping by the verizon store on Dressler Rd. I received the worst customer service..they did not take care of my service issue so the next day I went to the Minerva store and got exceptional friendly service from Tiffany..she was excellent and she took the time to assist me. While I was waiting in line I observed her very professional skills as well with other customers. Tiffany is a great asset to Verizon.

I needed two phones and an Apple Watch, and needed to get in and out, quickly. Jenna made the experience very fast, efficient, and trouble-free. She was also very friendly and thorough! She’s definitely my new go-to.

Thankful this place in under better management again, I haven't stopped through for my annual review since previous manager was wrongfully dismissed 2-3 years ago, who happened to be great. I switched to Sprint because of her.nnLiza was helpful, as was Justin. I don't have Verizon and they made me feel welcome. They weren't super knowledgeable about anything beyond what's on the sales floor, but friendly and courteous. I, personally, enjoy more than basic, scripted conversation from the sales industry as a whole, which is where the previous management and staff excelled. The experience needs to be more personal.
