Walked in, cancelled my Google Fi plan, purchased an IPhone 12 pro and kept my number. All in under an hour. The guys working were easy going and knew what they were doing. Give Dylan Johnson a raise as well as the 2 guys that were working with him. Easiest phone purchase yet.
Walked in the store and the young man Gage asked me if I had a mask. I told him no I have a doctors note because I got sick wearing a mask. He then tells me I cant be in the store without a mask. (There is a nation wide medical exemption in place for people like me.) I then asked him if he was a Sprint store and he said no. T mobile only. So I left. We called back asked him the same question. And we are told he can take care of Sprint business. So doesnt that make the store both T mobile and Sprint? I'm sick and tired of these companies incompetent employees and ridiculous policies. The Sprint side wifi and phone service is horrible. We drive all over the USA and it doesnt work 50% of the time. I regret not staying with AT&T.

Although he was very polite, the gentleman who opened my account did not perform his job. This resulted in a delay of the reimbursement of my early termination fee from my previous carrier. My understanding now is that Wireless Revolution is a third party Sprint store. Use them at your own risk.
Outstanding Experience! being new to town I stopped at this location to switch my provider and I was helped almost immediately. This store has a great selection of accessories and always offers to order items whenever needed. Very friendly staff!
