Answered all my questions everything was great my phone works so much better than when I had Verizon they showed me a coverage map that said my house would be in-vehicle yet it still works great in my house in the same spot I had no service with Verizon I can now make a phone call plus its so much cheaper.

I had a great interaction at this store today. A man named Jon assisted me, and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. I have never encountered such a high caliber employee at a cell phone store before. I will definitely return here in the future!

We have been a tmobile customer for 6 years now and have NEVER had an issue, UNTIL TODAY.nThis was my first and LAST time time I will go to this store. Unsure if the employee was the manager or not but she was sooooo incredibly rude and had the WORST attitude, her name was Sam.nHonestly have never experienced someone as rude as her working for Tmobile. I will be driving the extra 25 mins to avoid going back to this store.nSave yourself the time and anger and go to literally ANY other T-mobile.

Excellent experience! Jon and Noah were incredibly knowledgeable of the products they sell. I couldn’t be happier with my iPhone X! They really showed us they cared more about our needs and not just selling us something like all the other phone stores try to do!!!!!

This a Third Party Retailer. Save yourself the headache and the from sleazy used car salesmen. You could drive to Washington D.C and back and they still wouldnt have your account set up. Update : oh, you mean the store manager who likes to hide in the back and wouldnt come up front and talk to my wife about an issue
