I went in today and the lady was extremely rude as soon as I walked in door I have health issues that exempt me from wearing a face mask but the the lady was rude and didn’t want to hear it And I tried to tell her bout my health issues but she couldn’t be bothered with hearing why I didn’t have a mask if businesses are going to discriminate against people with health issues they are going to lose a lot of customers. But it’s ok for her to have her nose out the mask do people not realize that if ur breathing threw ur nose it’s the same as breathing threw your mouth germs still go in threw your nose. Covering your mouth and not your nose is pointless.
Stop to talk about up grade and how to save everything in the old phone. Lady was great. Will go back Monday morning to start the up grade.
The place reeked of weed and the employee would not open the door for me. I expected more from this company but had to switch carrierers.
