Got my screen replaced and they did an awesome job! Great service and great repair! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
While our last few experiences at T-mobile had been very unsatisfying (at the Miamisburg and Springboro stores) since the merge, today was much different. Different store, different attitudes...and these guys at the Huber Heights T-mobile rock. I can't remember the managers name, but I shoulda got it. He did his part, then handed it off to Quincy to finish up the details. Seriously folks, they treat you how you should expect to be treated.
In and out very fast, great customer service.
I am literally standing in the store at 12:41pm in the afternoon, there are 4 reps that I see, two with customers, and two on there own phones... I have been here for 14 minutes without a how are you? Please give us a minute?.....customer service must not be an emphasis at this location... guess I will go somewhere else as I still during this message havent been helped... ✌ud83cudffc
Went in and was seen in just a few minutes for a phone repair. Parts were in stock, so I dropped my phone off for about an hour and it's like new again, brand new screen and buttons. Way better than expected.
