Yesterday was a disaster and a half for me and my mother. We wanted to do a simple upgrade and it ended up being a multi hour project. Regardless Diana (Diane?) was so patient, kind and knowledgeable and even though we left with nothing I appreciated her caring but professional demeanor. Dillon is one of the best T-Mobile employee's I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Him, and the other staff members have always been nothing but helpful every time we need anything. I'm sure if I asked, they would run to the grocery store for me and grab some milk or sugar if I really needed it. I would take these guys to Jurassic Park with me and trust them to help me fight off the raptors... for real.I highly recommend, not only T-Mobile, but this store in particular. Thanks for being rad.

Always a great experience at the Eastgate Store. Only one I will use. Staff is very knowledgeable and always friendly! They take the time to help with whatever is needed.

So I've been into TMobile so many times. I've had good experiences most always, but since we have been in Wichita, KS I keep coming to the same Tmobile store because of one particular guy who knows his stuff and always manages to help in every way. Darren has been my go to guy every single problem, phone switch, and upgrade since I've been here. If he ever doesn't know something he finds out with a quickness. Darren you're awesome, thanks for always coming through.

Took an excruciating amount of time just to get a phone, they kept blaming the system and took on a group of four people and answered ALL of their questions before getting to me even though I walked in ahead of all of them.I couldn't pay with a card because their reader doesnt work.Waited over an hour for something that should have taken 10 minutes tops.
