This location is very clean in the staff is always Welcoming . The staff is very helpful and will answer any questions and always recommend the best possible offer for the customer when it comes to their products . I like this location better than the other locations in the area because they are always open when they say they're going to be open mostly due to the fact that they are inside an indoor shopping complex.

I have had the pleasure of being with Cincinnati Bell for almost a year now, and on my interactions with the company I have had the luck of having Lauren from the Northgate Mall location assist me. Lauren is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable; she answers any questions I may have and resolves any issues that may arise in an efficient manner. She is awesome and I know she is one of the great assets that this location has - she makes her branch top-notch. I wish all companies had team members like her on their team, it would set them apart as the best. So if you're in need of assistance from this location, you can do no better than Lauren, she is the best. Thanks Lauren for all your hard work and dedication to outstanding customer satisfaction. The internet service is great too!

I wanted to acknowledge a customer service representative Christopher Long at the Northgate store. He went above and beyond today in helping me with the phone I had purchased for my dad for Christmas. When we were setting it up we were missing a battery. He went out of his way by going all the way to Kenwood to get a replacement since his store did not have one. Thank you again.
