Should have been willing to answer questions. It seemed like I was bothering him. Never had that problem before. All my questions were answer by customer care.
It was expensive, opting out of my contract. There was not good coverage in my area. They were polite.
So now that T-mobile and sprint are teamed up and I have to go to a T-mobile store for service this is the kind of service T-mobile offers. I made an appointment for 6pm. I arrive at 6pm to find the store closed. Worse than that the hours posted on the door for regular or holiday hours say they should have been open until 9pm. No one notified me that I shouldn't come, I've been a sprint customer for 8-10 years and have never had an experience like this until today.
I went in to buy a replacement screen protector using my warranty I thought I had. The female representative asked what kind of phone I had and I stated a Note 10+. She appears to look up my account and then goes to see if they have a screen protector. She comes back and says there are no screen protectors. I asked if they could look at other stores and she replies no. I asked her if my phone has insurance and she said no. I took her word for it. It wasn't until the next day I verified my account while searching for a screen protector on the T-Mobile website. I do have insurance for unlimited screen protectors. For the cost of mobile cellphone service one would expect the customer service to be better and the products you need available for purchase.
This is a very customer oriented store. They don't just sell customers stuff. They explained to me what I was getting and I loved every of their recommendation. I will always go to this location.
