This store is run by unprofessional employees. The owner is rude and unhelpful. I've been trying to get an issue fixed with my phone for a whole week now and every time I go to the store there is always a sign saying that someone will be back. The store is never open at the posted hours of operation. I will contacting the better business bureau to report this.
Metropcs in north college hill let you switch over for free while this one charge you excessively for it.
