Was having problems with a new phone I recently purchased at the time, through my local METRO PCS store in Finneytown, off of Winton Rd...Came here because I was around this part of town and was on a super busy schedule that week...So figured why not stop in and see if they can at all help me and at least try to help troubleshoot the issue that I was occurring at the time on the brand new android I had purchased... And basically was told to go back to my local METRO PCS (The store in which I had originally made the purchase) and to get options and help for my new phone there. The man working there couldn't even give me one tip or piece of advice in relation to the troubles I was experiencing with the phone, and it was very discouraging and not very professional from my point of view. ud83dudc4e

On more than one occasion, I have tried to go to this store and they have their door locked. They close at 8. Their OPEN sign will be on and the lights on but door is locked and no worker around. This was hours before they were supposed to close. First time, i assumed maybe someone was late for their shift, but this happens a lot when I go to this particular one.
