I had a great experience from start to finish. From measure to install, they worked around my schedule. The work was great, and everything happened in a timely manner.

Terrible customer service over the phone from multiple people. Install quality was terrible! They contracted out my carpet job, tile job, and laminate to different people. They scuffed up the freshly painted walls, and damaged my stairway banister. One even brought their infant child to my construction zone of a house while they worked! It's been over 3 months since they started and they still haven't finished cleaning up their mess. They just keep pushing it back farther and farther.
