Customer service is great, friend & helpful. Bought a memory foam mattress because of competitive price ($699 vs. $1000 elsewhere).
Curbside only available during daylight hours... Other than that, online order for pickup is totally different than what is described in the email. Per the email, it says to show the email & the clerk scans the receipt either on your device or if you printed the email out. Then they will get your order for you.nnNo one does that! First, they want your name, then they check your ID, then ask if you want a printed receipt. Then they give you your purchases that you ordered online for pickup.nnIt's kind of confusing when the email says to either print it out or show it on your device when you go to customer service...nnThere are also no signs in the store that say anything about where to pickup online orders either.nnOther than that, my orders were ready and absolutely correct.
Love going here. Some decent priced items. If you need help they are there.
It was okay, a lot of their items didn't have prices on them so I didn't purchase them I don't like surprises when I go to the register and it's to much. (I count my pennies) the food aisles were empty and some of their XMAS items were only 25% off, ooook! it's been 5 days and all those items should be 50%-75% off. If you looking for headphones, ear buds, speakers, chargers and varieties of wireless, Bluetooth, big lot is the place to come. If your not looking to spend a lot of money and the quality isud83dudc4dud83cudffe.
The price is at Big lots have become ridiculous, do they not know they have competitors? I'll just go to Roses or Ollie's. You can't charge Target prices with Dollar Tree quality! P.s. I really like Dollar Tree stores!!!
