This location has excellent customer service. My husband and I tag-teamed our visits because we don't want to drag all of our kids into stores at once. Mary remembered my husband's mattress preferences, and even our kids' names. She wasn't pushy about which mattress to try, and didn't try to upsell. One of the days I visited, she had a male associate at the desk. He was friendly to the kid I brought with me, and remarked that there's not a lot in that store that a kid could break. It felt good to hear that. Thank you!
Mary was very informative. She was willing to stay later than closing time to assist us. She was very sweet. My wife and I were very impressed. We will be back for future purchases.
