Value City Furniture

Purchase experience was phenomenal. I had a couch and love seat in order with Furniture Fair and it was a month’s wait so InnDecided to try out Value City and they had one to me in days.nnEasy to do business with and their delivery service was on point.nnCouch is probably less quality than FF, but for being half the price with exceptional service, It was definitely worth it! I highly recommend.

Good sales experience. They let us roam until we found a few items we liked. Good pricing. Easy to schedule delivery. Arrived on right date and even 20 minutes before scheduled time slot. Delivery team was quick, courteous and professional.

We were lucky enough to have Vincent help us pick out a couch at a recent trip to value city after shopping around all over town. He helped us find an affordable, modern looking couch for an apartment. He was friendly, informative, and attentive without being intrusive. Great customer service. If you go in ask for Vincent!

I purchased a table and chairs in January when it was delivered there was a small spot that did not have the stain/finish on it. I called Value City and they said they would send out someone to repair it. When the person finally came 2 months later because of the snow he immediately said that it was done at the manufacture. He tried several things to get it to look better. In doing this he sprayed several things over the table which ended up making different colors all over the table which made it worse than what it was. I called Value City and they asked me to come in to find another table because that company had went out of business and they were no longer selling those tables. When I went to Value City they had the same table for sale. I asked the salesperson why it was for sale when I was told they did not have anymore. She then found out that that table was on clearance and they were selling the floor model. I talked to the manager he was very rude and told me that they would take $100 off of my table and that was a very good deal. I asked can I just get a refund because I did not like any other other tables they had in stock. He said no because the repair person said that it was customer damage. he told me to contact the pure promise that I had purchased and they would fix it or refund it to me. I contacted the repair person and he told me what he put in the report and it was not customer damage. So now they are going to try to fix the table again. I would not recommend Value City because of the hassle that I've been through and the arrogant manager who lied to me that was on duty at that time.

AWESOME Customer Service! If you want great customer service - ask for Bryce at this location - genuinely nice and extremely helpful! He went out of his way to help me find what I wanted and really cares about providing customers with the best service and a pleasant experience.
