When I met Kathleen she was amazing and responsive and helpful. Very creative and insightful, however, things changed with my situation and I had to put my project on hold. I paid her for her time and she guaranteed the money I paid her would go towards future cabinets I ordered through her when I was able to resume the project. When the project resumed and I attempted to call Kathleen I had to chase her down, she wouldn’t give me a straight answer about the money I had already paid, and then just stopped returning phone calls, emails, or text messages. Very very disappointed.
